All visitors, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference are required to agree to the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code of conduct during the event. We expect the cooperation of all participants so that everyone can be assured of a safe environment.

Our conference strives to offer everyone an intimidation-free Drupal experience. We will not tolerate harassment of the participants or venue employees in any form.

Our definition of harassment includes abusive verbal remarks related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disabilities, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technological choices, sexually tinted images in public spaces, intentional intimidation, stalking or following, intimidating photographs or recordings, constant interruption of sessions or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and undesirable sexual attention.

Sexually tinted language and visual language is not suitable for any conference location, including sessions, workshops, parties, Twitter and other online media. Conference participants who violate these rules may be penalised or expelled from the conference without reimbursement at the discretion of the organizers.

Participants who are asked to stop intimidating behaviour are expected to comply immediately.

If a participant proceeds to engage in intimidating behaviour, the organisation may take whatever action it deems appropriate, including warning the offender or removing them from conference without reimbursement.

If you are being bothered, notice someone else being bothered, or if you are concerned about anything else, contact a conference employee immediately. Employees are recognisable by special clothing and / or badges.

The conference staff will be happy to assist participants in contacting on-duty security or local authorities, offering a guide, or otherwise assisting those who experience intimidation so that they may feel safe during the conference.

We ask you to follow these regulations throughout the conference, from sessions to workshops and social events. We would welcome it if you followed the rules, but unfortunately our privileges as an organisation do not go that far.

By raising the bar for inclusiveness for ourselves as an organisation, we also raise the bar for our attendees. We are not imposing this code of conduct because we want to do something unconventional, we do this in the hope that we inspire people to raise their bar.
